What was the best compliment you’ve received?

I make champagne cupcakes for special events. The first time I made them was for election night in 2008. The first time my brother Jon tried one he said, “These are so good that I feel like I should be eating them through a hole in a sheet.”
Years later, I made a batch for my friend Jeremy’s unicorn themed surprise party. It was the first time I made them out for people outside of my family, and everyone liked them quite a bit.
